Use a soft tape measure and wrap it just above your ears, around the widest part of your head.
Keep it snug—not loose, not squeezing.

SIZE BREAKDOWN

S/M → 54–57 cm (21¼" – 22⅜")
L/XL → 58–62 cm (22¾" – 24¼")
